Our Holiday Homes are about 8 km away from Karlsplatz, the worlds famous Stachus. We are located at inner-urban of the Munich transport association, so you can reach all inner-urban attractions for small money (MV-partner dayticket). The walking distance to the next bust stpp is 3 minutes. All the day the bus goes to the underground Laimer Platz and to the tram every 10 minutes. So you only need around 20 minutes to the city centre.

You have parking facilities in front of our house, if you arriving by car You stay at a very green district of Munich, nearby the urban nursery (beautiful playground and very good jogging possibilities).

 

Our immediate neighbor is an Edeka supermarket with a wide range of products. A lot of other shops, e.g. a drugstore, a pharmacy, a beverages market, a stationer’s, a bakery, a butcher, a fruit and vegetable shop, an other supermarket are in a walking distance of about 5 minutes.
